Respironics SimplyFlo Home Concentrator
The Respironics SimplyFlo is the smallest and lightest home concentrator available and is the newest addition to the Respironics oxygen collection. It was designed for use overnight as well as when you are away from home or office. It features 2 liter per minute of continuous flow oxygen in a unit that weighs less than 9 pounds. The unit is extremely easy to transport from one location to another.
The SimplyFlo operates on an external power source and does not include an internal battery. The SimplyFlo is intended to make it easier to balance your oxygen therapy requirements with your need to continue an active, healthier lifestyle.
Since the SimplyFlo is so small, it only uses around 120 watts of electricity, so you are saving money on your energy bill. It's also very low maintenance, with a gross particle filter and a main-flow bacteria filter, which only need to be replaced every 2 years. This ensures the concentrator is running smoothly and is giving you the purest and cleanest oxygen possible.
This dependable and sturdy home oxygen concentrator will work just as well at an elevation of 10,000 feet above sea level. Up to this height, it will still deliver as much as 96% of oxygen before the air becomes too thin. It can also work just as well in high humidity of up to 95%, and in humidity as low as 15%. The highest temperature in can work in is 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and the lowest it can tolerate is around 41 degrees. Hopefully, you won't need to be exposed to these temperatures while you are using your oxygen therapy, anyway.
The carry case made especially for the SimplyFlo is optional, but it will come with the owners manual and a free nasal cannula to start you out, as well as the AC power cord needed to run the machine. The carry case is great for protecting the outside of the concentrator, or if you travel often.
