For a Flat rate of $499 each year, we will do the following services on your out of warranty Portable Oxygen Concentrator:

1. GoSouthernMD.com Shipping Department will work together with you on the details of shipping your portable oxygen concentrator.
2. Ship you a similar portable oxygen concentrator to use while we ship YOUR portable concentrator back to the manufacturer for checkup. This ensures that you do not lose the quality of life generated by your purchase from GoSouthernMD.com.
3. The manufacturer will perform the following tests which will be below once your portable concentrator is received:
• Replace HEPA filter.
• Replace compressor intake filter.
• Replace 9V battery
• Verify Pulse Mode Operation
• Check Flow Rate, Purity and Alarm function (replace if needed)
• Perform electrical safety tests on all electronics.
• Record the hours of your portable oxygen concentrator
