Bed Side Guard Rail Safety Pads
Manufactured with a foam core, this bed side guard rail safety pads by Drive Medical prevent semi-conscious, comatose and overdosed patients from injuring themselves against bed side rails. The 70" x 13" x 1" rails are covered in vinyl with Velcro straps to securely fasten to the bed. The safety pad can be folded into three sections for convenience of use and storage and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
